The field installation team of Dan, Jamie, Matt and sales person Justin D. were all very professional and helpful. The field crew were prompt, very professional, worked very hard and were clear in their explanations of the newly installed equipment. Would definitely recommend.

The American Ductless team that came to install my equipment was on time, tidy, and very professional. They had to deal with some pretty challenging outdoor site issues because of our recent snow, but they didn't complain at all. They cleaned up every spot they touched, and everything was completed perfectly to spec. And when explaining the tech, they were knowledgable and enthusiastic about it. I already like this system for heating, can't wait for it to help me out in hot weather too.
